SHIPPING:

All domestic orders from stock list are shipped via USPS with tracking within 3 business days of placing an order. 

International shipping is coming soon!

For made-to-order items, please allow 5 business days for order fulfillment and  1-2 weeks for completed shipping. If you have time request, please email [email protected] and I will do my best to accommodate.

RETURNS:

For hygiene purposes, we do not accept returns. 

For any questions, please email [email protected] within 7 business days of receipt.

DAMAGE:

We do our best to ensure safe packaging. However, in the unfortunate case, an item would arrive broken or damaged, please email [email protected] within 3 business days of receipt. Instructions for return or exchange of the damaged item will be provided in a reply email.
